Chicago Party Bus
If you had asked a Chicagoan how he or she would like to spend their weekend a few years ago, a party bus would hardly come in mind. Back in the day it was simple, social events, parties, clubbing, restaurants were all the typical weekend activity. But the problem was transportation, which oftentimes limited the number of friends that you could enjoy a night with. And with the growth of friendship circles via the social networks like Facebook and Google+, more and more party hoppers wanted to expand their group of friends that they hang out with in real life.
Chicago Party Buses
Thus the party bus was born. Chicago coach builders assembled to create the ultimate party experience – a limousine that would fit up to 30 people. The transition from a regular or SUV stretch limousine was rather simple too, but the quality of the product wasn’t that good and the prices were too expensive until the converted shuttle bus came along. In the beginning, most coach builders were converting motor coaches to party buses which were incredibly huge and fit up to 40 passengers, but it was they were too expensive and the Chicago authorities weren’t too happy with such enormous vehicles traversing through the tiny streets of Chicago.

The shuttle bus solved the issue of size, convenience, and price. Since motor coaches sell at premium to shuttle buses, the new party buses were able to drive the price down enough to make it accessible to an average party hopper. The conversion style also improved. What started out as simple “J” seating, basic lights, and a TV set turned into a full blown out disco ceiling, lasers, disco floor, and the addition of the stripper pole finalized the epic Chicago Party Bus look. Before long, the motor coach-type party buses nearly disappeared from the streets of Chicago. Shuttle buses complete took over and they are here to stay. In essence, party buses have replaced or at least chilled the demand of stretch and SUV limousines in general. More and more people inquire about renting out a party bus because of the number of friends that they would like to celebrate their birthday parties, weddings, quinceaneras, and bachelor parties with.
